Together, we create a space where your body and mind can begin to soften—where there’s no need to hold it all together. A space that meets you just as you are, with care, patience, and listening.
Through slow, mindful touch, your system is invited to settle. The layers of tension that have quietly built up — maybe even over years, or longer—can begin to unwind.
You may start to notice sensations you haven’t felt in a while. Subtle shifts in breath. Emotions, too, may gently rise—no longer needing to be tucked away.
As your body feels safer, it begins to remember how to let go. And in that letting go, something new opens: more ease, more presence, and a quiet return to yourself.
All sessions include a grounding checkin in the beginning and a checkout at the end of the session.

Any form of pain is your body or mind speaking to you about its needs.
We adress those needs at a depth that goes way beyond the physical.
Supportive touch helps the nervous system settle, gently lowering stress hormones like cortisol and creating the conditions for deep rest.

Sometimes we carry tension in the body or stress in the mind for so long, it starts to feel normal.
With gentle, attuned touch, the nervous system begins to settle.
The muscles don’t have to work so hard to hold everything in.
The fascia softens. The breath deepens. And slowly, the body begins to unwind and pain loses its grip over your muscles and your mind.

Because instead of forcing change, we meets the body where it is. Many of us carry tension for so long that we think this is actually normal — tight shoulders, clenched jaws, deep aches we’ve simply learned to live with.
Over time, these physical discomforts aren’t just about muscles — they’re held patterns, shaped by stress, emotion, and how we’ve learned to cope with life and everthing it brings.
This work gently addresses what lies underneath the pain — the body’s habits of holding, bracing, and protecting.
With slow, attuned touch, the nervous system begins to settle. Muscles no longer need to stay on guard.
Fascia softens. Breath deepens. And instead of being pushed, the body starts to unwind on its own, at its own pace.
It works because it listens — not just to where it hurts, but to why the body might be holding in that way in the first place.
Unlike wellness massages or forceful techniques, this approach also looses up the patterns and traumas that have brought you this pain, so that the effects last way beyond the time of the session.

Supportive touch helps the nervous system settle, gently lowering stress hormones like cortisol and creating the conditions for deep rest.
As old tension begins to soften and the breath finds more space, the body starts to feel safe enough to let go.
This quiet shift supports the vagus nerve — encouraging relaxation and emotional release which returns your body and mind to a state of balance and peace.

Sometimes we carry tension for so long, it starts to feel like part of us. A tight shoulder, a stiff jaw, a dull ache deep in the back — we adapt, we push through, we stop noticing.
But beneath these patterns, the body is always speaking.
With gentle, attuned touch, the nervous system begins to settle.
The muscles don’t have to work so hard to hold everything in. The fascia softens. The breath deepens. And slowly, the body begins to unwind—on its own time, in its own way.
As we tune into the body’s inner signals we start to feel more. Not in an overwhelming way, but with curiosity and care. We notice where there’s space, and where there’s holding.
And with that awareness, something begins to shift.
Pain loses its grip. Movement feels easier. And we remember what it’s like to live with more comfort, more fluidity, and more trust in our own body.
Unlike quick-fix or deep-force massage, we work with the body—not against it. We listen. We follow. And we bring a relaxation to the body and mind which lasts way beyond the session itself.
The method I work with is called touch & awareness.
As opposed to other bodywork sessions I don't work with oil.
Every session starts with a checkin. You give me a short into about where you are at mentally and emotionally and what the things are you're struggling with the most at the moment. These might be emotional, physical or mental topics.
Then we connect those topics to certain tensions in the body and work physically with those tensions. During the session there is always space to expand on the topics you brought in and to express emotions thoughts or insights that might come up. The things that are holding us back in live are often things are connected to stored tension or emotions in the body.
We try to find those tensions and create space for you to breathe, relax and express whatever might come up. After the session we end with a short checkout to make sure you're relaxed and grounded to go out into the real world again.

I used to want to study psychology to help people with their emotions but then I found bodywork and it rocked my world.
During some sessions that I received myself, I could feel and work through problems which I couldn't in many years of therapy. The sessions allowed me to let go of emotions, and return to a natural feeling of safety and rest for myself which I hadn't felt for many years. After studying this mode of bodywork for 2,5 years myself, I'm now passing on this work onto others to help people feel through their emotions and pains.

I use attuned touch, not too soft, not too firm, to help you relax into your body. When your muscles, tendons, and fascia relax, the rest of your body and mind will follow. By sensing where tension is held, I apply targeted techniques—such as slow pressure, gentle stretching, and fascial unwinding—to invite release and restore natural flow.
During the session I’m guiding your awareness to the rhythm and depth of your breathing, to help you connect with your nervous system. When you shift to a slower, deeper breath, your body naturally moves from a state of stress and activation into deep relaxation and regulation.
To help you ground and relax I may use tools like bodyscans, safety anchors. I always aim to keep the intensity of the session at a level where you can both proceed emotions but also feel grounded and safe. That way we avoid overwhelm and retraumatising.
